শিল্পিত পারুর কবিতা

আজন্ম সখা

হয়ত কোন একদিন এই গহীন বনের ভেতর

ময়ূর নাচা সন্ধ্যায় জেগে উঠেছিল একটি প্রাণ !

তারপর ধীরে ধীরে আরো গভীরে যখন নেমে এল অন্ধকার ;

আকাশের সব তারা যখন ছুটে গিয়ে  লুকালো দূরে !

কালো মেঘে যখন ঢেকে গিয়েছিলো চাঁদের মুখ ;

তারও দূরে যখন বন্ধ হয়েছিলো ঝর্ণার ধারা

একটি শব্দও যখন নিস্তব্ধতাকে ভেদ করতে পারছিল না

তখন তুমি এসে দাঁড়ালে সম্মুখে ;

কে তুমি ? কে তুমি অর্বাচিন ?

তোমার কচি মুখটা কোথায় দেখেছি মনে পড়ে?

তোমার দাঁড়ানো ভঙ্গি কি সহজ, কি নির্ভার, কি নিশ্চিত!! 

তুমি কোন দেবদূত বুঝি?

কি সাহস তোমার, এই বিরান শূন্যে

এই নিস্তব্ধতায় কে তুমি নির্ভয়ে এসে দাঁড়ালে

অকূল পাথারের গহীন ভিতর !!

এক চিলতে হাসি নিয়ে বোবা আলোর মত

তুমি ঠায় দাঁড়িয়ে রইলে!

আনন্দ আর্তনাদে যখন জানতে চাই এই মরণ

অন্ধকারে কে তুমি ? কে তুমি ?

হঠাৎ ফিরে এসে তারা, মেঘকে উঁকি মেরে চাঁদ, পাখি আর ঝর্ণা সম্মস্বরে বলে ওঠে ;

পরানের গহীন অন্ধকারের আজন্ম সখা সে তোমার

সম্মুখে দাঁড়িয়ে তোমার শৈশব !
