ঈদুল ফিতর মুসলমানের প্রধান দুটি ধর্মীয় উৎসবের একটি। গত দুই বছর করোনার মহামারির কারনে বাঙালী মুসলমানেরা আনন্দের সাথে ঈদ উদযাপন করতে পারেনি। জীবনযাত্রা স্বাভাবিক হয়ে এসেছে। মহামারির পরে এবারই মানুষের ঘরে ঈদ এসেছে আগের মতো করে। স্বাভাবিক আনন্দে ফিরছে মানুষ।
টিকা ব্যবস্থাপনায় সরকার প্রশংসার কাজ করেছে। এর মধ্যে প্রায় তের কোটি মানুষকে অন্তত একটি করে টিকা দেয়া সম্পন্ন করেছে সরকার। যা মোট জনসংখ্যার ৭৮ শতাংশের বেশি। এটা একটি বড় অর্জন।তবে টিকার মুল্য নিয়ে দুর্নীতির যে তথ্য তুলে ধরেছে টিআইবি তা সত্য হলে সেটি একটি শংকার কথা।

করোনা এক বিষ্ময়ের কাল
এবারে ঈদের ছুটি আগেভাগে শুরু হওয়ায় মানুষ ঢাকাও ছাড়তে শুরু করে কয়েকদিন আগে থেকেই। ঈদের আগের চারদিনে রাজধানী ছেড়েছে ১ কোটির উপর বেশি মানুষ। গত দু বছর গ্রামের বাড়িতে ফিরতে পারেনি মানুষ, এবার তাই আর কেউ মিস করতে চায়নি। পরিবার পরিজন নিয়ে শিকড়ের টানে গ্রামে ফিরেছে মানুষ। রাস্তায় যতটা ভয়াবহ যানযটের আশংকা করা হয়েছিল, তার কিছুই হয়নি। এবার খুবই নির্বিঘ্নে যান চলাচল করেছে মহাসড়ক গুলোতে। তবে রাজধানীতে ঈদ উদযাপন করা মানুষের সংখ্যাও কম নয়।
ঈদে কেনাকাটাও হয়েছে আগের দুবছরের তুলনায় অনেক বেশি। কিন্তু রোজার শেষ দিকে রাজধানীর নিউমার্কেটের ব্যবসায়ীদের সাথে ঢাকা কলেজের ছাত্রদের সংঘর্ষে দুই জন ব্যবসায়ী নিহত হয়। ঈদ আনন্দে শোকের ছায়া নেমে আসে পরিবার দুটির মাঝে। এছাড়া হঠাৎ করে সয়াবিন তেলের সংকট , দাম বেড়ে যাওয়া , গরুর মাংসের কেজি ৭০০ টাকায় উঠে যাওয়া সব মিলিয়ে মধ্যবিত্ত ও নিম্ম আয়ের মানুষদের সংকট কাটেনি। রাস্তার এখনও অনেক মানুষকে পাওয়া যায় যারা অন্যের কাছে সাহায্যের জন্য হাত পেতে আছে। বোঝা যায়, করোনার ভয়াবহতা কমলেও, করোনা পরবর্তী প্রতিক্রিয়ার ফলাফল এখনও পুরোপুরি কাটেনি।
তবু সামনে পদ্মা সেতু চালুর পরিকল্পনা করা হচ্ছে, মেট্রোরেল চালু হবে আশা করা হচ্ছে, সার্বজনীন পেনশন চালুর কথা ভাবছে সরকার, এসবকিছু্ই আশা জাগানিয়া প্রকল্প বাংলাদেশের মানুষের জন্য।
সকল বাধা কাটিয়ে বাংলাদেশ একটি সমৃদ্ধ, টেকসই, আইনের শাসন দ্বারা পরিচালিত, সবার জন্য সমান সুযোগ সৃষ্টিকারী দেশে পরিনত হোক। এবারে ঈদে এই হোক চাওয়া । ‘আলোর দেশের’ পাঠক, লেখক ও সংশ্লিষ্ঠ সকলকে জানাই ঈদ মোবারক।
